Portraits are important.

Giving yourself options.

PORTRAITS ARE POWERFUL THINGS.

Like the first few seconds when you first meet someone you make a decision about the person whether you are conscious of it or not. The same happens when someone looks at your website. From logos, colours, and layout, to photos and videos, all tell an important part of your branding story.

Colin founded the Produco in 2016, seeing the need for food safety leadership and regulatory guidance in the Dairy and Food industries. He and his team do some amazing work and a lot of fun to work with. Colin wanted a portrait to reflect some of the culture of the company - approachable, friendly and professional.

DIFFERENT PORTRAITS FOR DIFFERENT USES - Give yourself options.

Colin asked me to have some options around the type of portraits we shot, clean clear background for proposals, and social media. But also some environmental portraits for the website, and magazine articles that might require a portrait. Since he’s often busy and not available for the magazine photographer to come and capture his portrait, having a collection of options has been handy. With the portable studio we easily captured the clear backgrounds and then a beautiful green background for magazine use. The environmental portrait had to be flexible for Colins use, so no specific field of cows, or sheep etc, as the article might cover a range of subjects.

It was a pleasure to work with Colin and you can instantly get a feel for his personality from the photos we created. He was wrapped to receive them.
