New Day Egg, a branding story.

THE NEW DAY EGG STORY

New Day Egg need to share their story and dispel some mis-conceptions about what free range chicken farms are all about. To do this, it was really vital that viewers get to see the passion and drive that the farmers in their group have for their chickens and the work they do.

We developed some key-words that were important to the messaging New Day Eggs wanted to deliver.

TRUST - FAMILY - HEALTHY - HONESTY - ANIMAL WELFARE - PERSONAL TOUCH

With these words in mind we can really develop a strong interview, focusing our questions on bringing out the key quotes we can use to tell our story.

THE HEART OF THE STORY

Otto is a truly passionate chicken farmer and loves his work with his flock. His dedication to providing a great life for his flock certainly came out during his interview. The quotes he give were just fantastic and really give us a brilliant opening to the story and really explained a lot with passion and a great sense of humour.

GREAT VISUALS

Once we had the interview wrapped, matching Otto’s fantastic quotes with imagery that brought his words to life. A fantastic location and a farm with chickens what were lively and healthy made this an easy day of filming.

With a careful edit and some good music, a great package really delivered the key messages in an entertaining way.

Stories such as this one really do connect and engage the viewers and in this case, with such a controversial issue, it really was important to make that as powerful as we could, to help viewers really connect and understand what a difference a true free range farm can make to the lives of the chickens.
